Who needs Pro?
A farmer mapping a few fields never needs to pay. Pro is built for cooperatives, exporters, traders and consultants who collect hundreds of plots, need them in one EUDR file, and want to keep each supplier group or season as its own project that the whole team can open from any computer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your account page and choose Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Who processes the payment?
Creem, our merchant of record. They handle card payments, receipts and sales tax or VAT for your country.
Do I need an account to use the free tools?
No. You only need to sign in with Google to subscribe and to use cloud projects.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
You can still open, export and delete your saved projects. Saving new changes to the cloud needs an active Pro plan.
Do you offer refunds?
If Pro is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Creem emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices with your company details from the subscription management page.
