Your plots
Plots you draw or import are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to or stored on DrawMyPlot servers unless you choose Save to account (a Pro feature), in which case the plots in that project are stored on our server so you can open them on other devices. Imported files are read in your browser and are not uploaded. Clearing your browser data deletes plots stored in the browser, so export anything you need to keep.
Your account
Accounts are optional. If you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We use them only to run your account and subscription. A session cookie keeps you signed in. You can delete your account and all saved projects at any time from the account page.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold by Creem, our merchant of record. Your payment details go directly to Creem and are never seen or stored by DrawMyPlot. Creem tells us the status of your subscription, your email address and the plan you chose.
Location
If you use the GPS features or the locate button, your browser asks for permission to share your location. Location is used only on your device to draw your position and record boundaries; it is not sent to us.
Map tiles and place search
To show the map, your browser loads image tiles from the imagery provider (for example Esri or OpenStreetMap). Place searches are sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. These providers receive your IP address and the map area requested, under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google AdSense to show ads. These services use cookies and similar technologies. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting these cookies.
