Use of the tools

DrawMyPlot is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. You may use the tools and the files you create for any lawful purpose, including commercial work.

No survey or compliance guarantee

Measurements depend on imagery, GPS accuracy and how boundaries are drawn. DrawMyPlot is not a land survey and does not certify legal boundaries. For the EU Deforestation Regulation and other schemes, DrawMyPlot helps format geolocation data; you remain responsible for its accuracy and for your own compliance.

Imagery

Satellite imagery and base maps are provided by third parties and remain subject to their terms and attribution requirements.

Accounts and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro then remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, under its own terms. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice by email.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DrawMyPlot is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the tools or of files created with them.
